Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned adult participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities at Holland Bottom Farm, LLC (“the Farm”), located at 1255 Bill Foster Memorial Highway, Cabot, AR 72023.

I understand and accept that agritourism activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, the presence and behavior of animals, the use and movement of farm equipment, changing weather conditions, and other natural or environmental hazards.

By signing this waiver, I freely assume all risks associated with participation and agree to take full responsibility for my own safety and for the safety of any minors listed below who are in my care. I further release, waive, and hold harmless Holland Bottom Farm, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates (including Yours, Mine, & Ours, LLC) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or damages of any kind arising out of or related to participation in farm activities.

I agree to comply with all posted signs, safety rules, and instructions given by Farm staff while on Farm property. I understand that failure to follow farm rules, posted signs, or staff instructions may result in the immediate removal of myself and any minors in my care from the property, without refund of any fees paid.
